Hi, I’m Claire — and I believe in the power of stories, connection, and creativity.

I’m a Brisbane-based Actor, Writer, Producer, Comic, and Arts Facilitator with two decades of experience bringing ideas to life. My work lives at the intersection of Arts, Health, and Education, and I’ve spent my career helping people learn, laugh, reflect, and feel more connected.

A proud graduate of QUT’s Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) program, I’ve performed everything from Shakespeare to children’s theatre to Australian film. In 2011, I was awarded grants from the Ian Potter Foundation and Arts Queensland to study Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London — an experience that deepened my love for language, craft, and bold creative risk-taking.
Alongside my performance career, I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I’m an experienced facilitator and educator, having taught across private, vocational, and community settings for over 11 years in Melbourne and now in Queensland. My work has taken me into the health sector too, supporting the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners on national education projects and collaborating with 32 Specific Interest Groups across Australia. This gave me a unique insight into the Primary Health Care system — and the powerful role the arts can play in wellbeing.

My passion for creative wellbeing led me to become the Learning and Engagement Manager for the Arts Wellbeing Collective at Arts Centre Melbourne, championing mental health in the performing arts industry. Today, I bring my combined experience in arts, health, and training to my role as a Creative Engagement Partner in Residential Aged Care, where I design and deliver evidence-based arts programs that support joy, connection, and quality of life for older Australians.
Whether I’m performing, teaching, writing, or building programs that help people thrive, my mission is simple:
Use creativity to make life richer, kinder, and more human.
